AT&T What If?
This explainer series for AT&T combined historical milestones with speculative “what if” scenarios to highlight the impact of technological breakthroughs like the solar cell and the transistor.
My Role: I created the styleframes below that carried directly into animation, shaping the collage-inspired look of the piece. Working with sourced royalty-free imagery, I designed scenes that combined character-driven storytelling with abstract, layered graphics. I also designed and animated floating elements that integrated with live action and edited short-form cutdowns for social, adapting animations and compositing transitions so they worked in a shorter format.
Above is one of the three cutdowns I created, and below I’ve included selected styleframes as GIFs to show how my designs translated into motion.
